I am looking for someone who can work out with me a few times that knows good form for the important lifts (squat, deadlift, sldl, pullup, chinup, chest dip, tricep dip, bb row, shoulder press db and bb, bench press)
Ive read about proper form and watch countless videos but seeing someone else do it and knowing how it feels doing it right is different. I am willing to go to your gym for a few sessions.
I work until about 4 pm weekdays but can go anytime after that or anytime on the weekends.

i was using Victory's over on the west side but my workout quit going. Soooo now I'm lifting at "The Barn" up by dublin. It's part of of apartment complex, they have a decent gym in there.Originally Posted by R.Mutt

My menbership at bally's is only $133 a year. Then again they closed the one in Strongsville so all those people are coming to MY gym (fitness club).
Once I get fed up with the over crowded place and or when they close the one by me, I may go to the Rec center in Brook Park which aint too bad.
Then again the owner of the Powerhouse said that he was going to add on to the pre-existing gym and make a "power room" more for powerlifters. If he does that then maybe I'll reconsider going there in the future.
