    collagen

I take a Glucosamine/chondroitin/msm/collagen liquid sup for my joints, would it be bad to mix in another collagen sup? Are there unhealthy side affects to watch out for from stacking too much collagen in a diet?

I'm considering taking collagen as well, collagen to keep my skin firm and wrinkle-free.

It is important to take hydrolysed collagen (collagen peptides), it is bioactive, so it absorbs much faster.
