    are you guys doing this with a barbell yeh? i can lift half my body weight .i am sure alot of powerlifters would be able to lift there own body weight

    i can curl around 140, and weigh around 150-ish. so thats not bad. once im like 225, im sure things will change though.

    Hello,first im pretty short i weight 60 kg not big into mass just going for an aesthetic look.i can strict curl 56 kg and easly curl my bodyweight with a little bit of momentum,dont recomend it tho,i prefer slow controled movement.but yeah i see how that would get more difficult for bigger guys i guess.thats all.cheers.

    I can get near it, but not with the best form. I only weigh about 123-126 though.
    Started as a twig, now a slightly bigger twig.

    Bench Press; 150 lbs. at 122 lb. bodyweight.
    Deadlift; 235 lbs. at 122 lb. bodyweight.
    Squat; 185 lbs. at 122 lb. bodyweight.
