    Weight Lifting & Martial Art

    is it ok to do martial art like muaythai,boxing or other stand up, and weight lifting same day?

    why not? just dont do 3 hours of it immediately before or after your workout.

    ok thx, cuz i read a young mma instructor website, who teach mma at the place where i go, and he pretty big and ripped, and he train martial art 6 days a week, but i just wonder if he workout and train same day...
