Please oblige me and give me some constructive criticism on what I ingest all day.
I am 5'7 155 and shooting to put on 5-10 lbs of muscle in the next 3 months.
I work out 3-5 times a week, doing weight lifting 3 times and cardio once or twice.
Today:
1130- 1/2 Chicken salad sandwich on 12 grain bread, made with light mayo and a glass of skim milk
130pm- The other half and a glass of diet iced tea
315- Egg Salad sandwich on 12 grain bread made with light mayo and a glass of diet iced tea
345- 1 pack of Universal Animal Pack multivitamins
400- 2 scoops NO-Xplode with 8 ounces of water

@ 155 you need to eat about 2600-2800 to put on mass (assuming you want to limit fat gains and that you have a normal activity level). So you need to eat more.
Do you eat breakfast? Or do you normally start your day at 11:30?
there are really only 2 true meals up there. Why?
What kind of iced tea is that? Is it the packaged one from the supermarket? A lot of those have high amounts of HFCS in it.Last edited by %%%%; 09-19-2007 at 03:34 PM.
