Which of these to stacks 2 lean out and gain muscle???

E/C and CEE or scorch and CEE ????????? i'm starting my base running of 60 miles a week for next cross country season. I want to lean out real quick before summer and still keep all my muscles and maybe gain a little.

With running that much, lift and eat enough. You will not need a thermo at all, period. Chart your cals and calorie expenditure.

actually i need the thermos cuz even when i run 80 miles a week i can't lose wieght. My appetite is just too great when not on e/c i eat around 6000 calories a day and sometimes more while eating very healthy. I never tried scorch yet though. I lost a lil weight on previous e/c cycles cuz i was only eating around 4500 cals a day.
