well today was chest day and today and my last like 3 chest wrokouts iv been feeling so weak (I do 5 day splits) today i could only do 160 3x when in the past i could do 170 6x. Its not like i lost any weight or anyting i just been feeling really weak. Could this be a cause from overtraining if so would it be smart to take like 2 weeks off from working on chest?

best advice you'll get. My bench wa stuck at 180 for weeks and i was frusterated as well. Then for like 1.5 months all i did for chest was incline, flat, and decline dumbbell bench. I went from repping 50's to repping 70's. I came back and my bench was only went up to 180, but my muscles were way more rounded out, enabling me to begin increase my bench. It has been 1.5 months since then and my bench is currently at 210, which is like almost 5 pounds per week. You gotta mix it up man.
