Well i got a bottle of fish oil at GNC about a month ago. And i have been taking 2 tablets daily. But i was wondering if i should take more ... like 4 tablets? The directions says to take 1 to 2 tablets after every meal. What should i do?

try taking 6 grams a day, spread out...what are your goals?
