Just got done cutting from 230lbs. down to 215lbs.

I haven't tried SD yet but i am going to. I doubt that it works as well as 1-AD though.

all im looking to do is keep a bit of mass, while im cutting. Would it be more reasonable to just buy some EQ (around 75$ per bottle for two weeks worth, about 375$ for a full 10 week cycle)

I guess i will find out. My first cycle was Nordiol and 4AD and it was amazing to me because the gains were so crazy, then i tried 1-AD and it was even better. I dont see how SD could be stronger than M1T, which is much stronger than 1-AD. On the AM site there are several people that didn't get results from it.
