    cutting????

    ok when everyone listen to this i think it may be true when u start cutting y
    does every one chang there diet?the past year i have stayed on my bulking diet never changing it and i do hiit every saturday and sunday morning,now i have seen great gains and i am repped like a freek what could this be and im no ecto and on my bulking my max cals are 3000 or 2500?? thanks

    When you bulk with that low cals, you don't put on much fat, so you don't have to cut, that simple. But I bulk with 4000 cals after 5 month my bf has raisen 3% so then I cut down the 3% and lower my cals.

    Currently: still bulking
    Goal: 8%BF and a bodyweight of 200 pounds
