I dont think my parents will buy me a weight gainer, so I will have to do this with out suppliements and stuff. I also have no access to a gym.
6-8 meals a day? Thats a lot, sometimes i only get 1-2 meals per day. I will try though. How will I do this during a school day? Seems like im going to have to get a job, to be buying this much food. Since my parents dont buy that much food for me to have tha tmany meals a day.

it's going to be hard, it sounds like you aren't in the best environment for growth. So yeah, your gonna have to get a job. It's not all bad it's good for someone your age to get a job. 1-2 meals is really bad, how big are these meals? Your gonna have to really think hard at what you want... if you want to become personally successful with bodybuilding you are gonna have to buyyourself some food, don't worry about supplements, food will be your weight gainer.

Yeah, im going to go job hunting around the end of the month. The meals arent that big. 1 meal would be like a bagel or two slices of pizza the other would be yellow rice, beans, and chicken. But how am i going to gain muscle. I know push ups arent going to do really anything.

Yep, rice an chicken,
You just have to eat smaller portions. Im currently eating about 6 meals a day and this is what it looks like:
1st meal:
Bowl of granola cereal
3 eggs over easy
Banana
Glass of orange juice
2nd meal:
Chicken salad or tuna from a can
2 pieces of whole grain bread
Yogurt or cottage cheeese
Handful of almonds
3rd meal:
Piece of grilled chicken
Broccoli or Green Beans
Rice
4th meal:
Banana
Cottage Cheese
5th meal:
Grilled chicken or steak
Rice
Broccoli or Green Beans
3 Eggs over easy
Handful of Almonds
6th meal:
Banana
Cottage cheese
You just have to eat in moderation, don't let yourself get hungry, and whenever you do, EAT!

Don't tell him he needs to eat smaller portions...
Portions don't matter unless it's precontest, people say to eat in smaller portions so thay way you can stomach more food throughout the day, but if he doesn't have the food to eat in the first place, why would you suggest to him to eat less than he should?
OP, you need to eat anything and everything you can. It's going to be hard to eat a lot at first but you'll get used to it. Ideally, you should start off with about 2500 calories (plenty to gain off of at 5'7 97lbs, stfu teen section...) and you're going to have to eat more as you gain weight.
And there's plenty of workout stickys for workouts too.

Do you have a fast metabolism or do you just not have a big appetite. It doesnt take too long before you can eat alot you just need to work your way up to it but if you have one damn fast metabolism you will have a bit of trouble..dont even think about cardio. For weight training do low reps high weight.

dont worry man if you have the mindset for it you should reach your goal, just eat as much as your allowed, once you have a job, just focus on gettin all the food you need, and since you dont know how to cook, this is a good time to learn and I suggest it also. Eating microwave food and takeaways when you live on your own is no fun :P

Just do what i do mate.
3 servings of 100g powered oats
= 1200 calories
It should be fairly cheap and that makes up half of your meals, i know for a fact you will fail if your small stomach tries to eat all that food.
What people fail to realize is they are not you and its gonna be the hardest thing you've ever done.
1) find powered oats = easy to drink and calorie dense
2) add your 2 meals you usually eat and that is progress
3) you will see gains
My 2 cents.
