    quick question

I was just wondering if cardio effects your gains if u do it maybe an hour or so after u have lifted and consumed ur shake and post workout meal. Not really intense cardio just riding a bike around for a little bit and some walking?
    161lbs
    5'8
    15 inch arms
    13 inch forearms
Max Bench 190 X 1 (Last time I checked, month or so ago)
Decided not to cut until I have my bench and arm measurements up where I want them to be.....Bulking....

It might. It is best to do cardio at least 6 hour before/after lifting. However, if you are getting good pre/post-wo nutrition it probabaly is ok. The only way to tell is see how your gains are if you stop doing cardio after lifting...

I agree, just do it on an empty stomach and jog for 45 min. Then train in the afternoon of evening.

Cardio can directly affect the muscle building process; it's best to do cardio 7-8 hours before or after weight lifting in my opinion. If I were to do cardio on a workout day I'd do my cardio in the morning and my workout later that day. Intensity plays a role in this situation; it's hard to maintain full intensity with weight lifting and cardio all within the same time frame.

^^ this is not true at all. If your goal is to lose fat, then its ok to do cardio first thing in the morning. But you should still at least have some whey+water or some BCAAa before your cardio. If your goal is to build muscle mass, then doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is a terbile idea. Think about it, you are already in a catobolic state from not eating anything for 8+ hour during sleep. So doing cardio is gonna do nothing but burn muscle mass.
