I do incline (I never do flat bench) 80lbs for 3 sets, 3-6 reps each.
Why would you do this. The further the incline, the more your front and side deltoids are used, and the less your chest is used. Despite the myth, the clavicular and sternal head of the chest is worked quite well in a regular flat bench prsss. I could go more scientific if you need me to. But, in the words of Chris Farley "You can take a good look at a butcher's ass by sticking your head up there, but wouldn't you rather take his word for it?"

i agree. after my workout (5-6 sets of flat bench/DB bench and pushups after each set), my whole chest hurts like hell the next day.

my heaviest was 100 for 6-7 reps with friend spotting. Needed help in beginning to get the start position but I had the rest. That was 1 year ago.

    80KG

I do 3 sets x 8 reps of 32KG. Occasionally do a few reps of 36KG. My bench press is quite pathetic actually. I see guys doing 50's and I just go "okay" as I pull up the bench next to him.
