Ingredients
Strong coffee
Sweetener to taste
The tradional method is to cool the sweetened coffee, then put into a freezer-proof container and freeze. Every hour or so, take it out and whisk it with a fork to break up the lumps of ice. Continue until it is completely granular.
Bodybuilder method: Pour the cooled coffee into icecube moulds or a shallow flexible container. When it is frozen, put it into a ziplock bag and bash it with a small dumbell until it is the texture of sugar. See, you knew you'd find a use for those pink dumbells.
Eat on its own, or with some whipped cream or topped with coconut oil shavings.
Keep any leftovers in the ziplock bag and give it a quick bash before you eat it.
