i second that... carbs should be comming from rolled oats, brown rice, beans, fiborous veggies, sweet potatos.... not wheat thins or triscuits...
just my .02
o and they should never take the place of brown rice and oats...Status: Cutting

to answer your question...triscuits. only like 4 ingredients. just eat a serving's worth though (6-7 crackers). i get the low sodium brand if i need it as a road trip snack or something and dont have other sources fo carbs around.http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=kevdoggincy

I went to check their look-up their ingredients, but Nabisco has a stupid ass website for wheat thins, so I decided not to bother.
But I am almost 100% sure both of those have partially-hydrogenated oils in them, so stay away. You can check the ingredients to make sure."The strong do not simply survive...the strong prosper and flourish."

It just so happens that I have a box right here. I have the reduced fat triscuits.
1 serving about 7 crackers
120 cals
3g fat, 1.5 poly, .5 mono
160mg sodium
21g carb, 3 fiber
3g protein
ingredients: Whole Wheat, Soybean oil, Salt, Monoglycerides
I eat a serving of these with tuna. it may not be as good as rice or oats but sometimes it's all I have.
