I'm on 5x5, and my main goal was to gain strength. I'm just curious if theres any difference good or bad.

Why dont you eat meat? Youll get alot more muscular if you eat beef

now i dont want to be a negative nancy so please dont flame me for this, but DAMN it must be impossible to have a succesful bb career without meat, it is locked and loaded with protein aswell as red meats increasing test lvls. btw i think there is protein in things like pumpkin seeds and some sprouted beans, you mite want to look into that as i could help you find a sub for meat
