    fasting for a month- will the velocity diet work?

    so the religious month of ramadan for muslims is coming in 2-3 days.

    our religion basically forbids us to eat from SUNRISE to SUNSET. This happens for 30 days. So from sunrise to sunset, no food, no water, NOTHING going in your stomach.

    THIS IS A RELIGIOUS DUTY. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BODYBUILDING, FITNESS OR PERSONAL GOALS.

    Regardless if i loose muscle, THE AIM/GOAL TO FAST DURING THIS MONTH IS STRICTLY FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES. Why do we do this? PM me if you want to have a religious discussion.

    QUESTION: WILL FOLLOWING THE VELOCITY DIET FOR THIS MONTH WORK FOR ME WITHOUT LOOSING MUSCLE?



    all my lifting will be 2-3 days a week-- 9:30 - 10:45pm that goes for cardio too.

    il basically be fasting 10 hours a day....and I was wondering WHAT OTHERS MIGHT THINK of my attempt to do this.
    It's not what you do for 30-60 minutes per day that makes the difference.

    It's what you do the other 23-23.5 hours of the day that counts

    01-01-2003 - 272lb
    01-01-2004 - 240lb
    01-01-2005 - 230lb
    01-01-2006 - 195lb
    by summer - 200-THICK n CUT !

    Its gonna be next to impossible imo because if you're not eating/drinking anything from sunrise to sunset how are you gonna fit close to 4-5 shakes in the little amount of time you have left during the day? Basically have until the time the sunsets up until the time you sleep and you need about 8 hours of sleep a day, soooo..
    Sky's the limit and you know its tough but you keep pressin on -B.I.G.

    Bench Press: 225x5
    ATG Squats: 205x8 (just started...I know it sucks but I can't increase it until my next bulk)
    Deadlifts: 315x5
    Rows: 185x8
