How Come Some People Drink Two Servings of Protein?
I thought the body can only take in around 40g of protein. If I mix my protein with milk, it comes to about 30g of protein per serving, and if it's two servings, then I'd be taking in 20g more than I needed right?
Your body absorbs more than 40g of any macronutrient...it just uses it for energy (or fat storage) if you consume a lot of calories or in extreme cases gets rid of it (vomiting or diaharrea)
For your standard size person, but if you get some big ass guy obviously he is going to need more than a smaller person and be able to use it. You're mixing it with milk, if it's post workout it's best to mix it with water.
