    Loading Diet

    Here is a look at my 3 day load diet which starts on April 13th. I eat every 2-3 hours on this diet. Water cutting is already been delt with, I am just listing the foods only. I got a few other supps in there as well such as R-ALA and chromium picolinate. Potassium as well.
