So here we are again...only this time it's official. This thread is basically for discussing things about anime and things related to anime, like Manga, OVA's, and other things of the likes. Also, at the start of every new page I (or someone else) will post up whatever is currently being discussed (that is if something specific is being discussed) so an outsider won't be totally confused when they jump to the last page. Also this is a good place to get recommendations so if u r looking for a new anime to check out or looking to get into it but don't know what to check out first then just ask in here. Trust me, there is something out there for damn near everyone...
BTW you can post up picz or vid clips if u like.....i know i will
Spoilers:
In efforts to keep things from being spoiled for others, i suggest and ask that you put up a spoiler tag whenever you think something that you are about to say will ruin a particular scene, episode, or ending. If it is minor or trivial then it might not be necessary but to some it might still be...so when in doubt just tag it.
Examples of spoiler tags:
When doing spoiler tags u can simply put *Spoiler* at the top or in the title box and also put in the name of the anime/manga/whatever that is being spoiled. But if u r replying to a message that already has spoiler at the top then it probably isn't necessary.
ex:
Basic-
*Spoiler*: Claymore
After 20+ dragged out episodes, Claire finally turned SSJ4 in ep. 210....etc
Advanced-
*Spoiler*: Claymore
{color=white}After 20+ dragged out episodes, Claire finally turned SSJ4 in ep. 210....etc{/color}
*of course you'd replace "{}" with "[]" when doing the advanced one, though the basic way is sufficient...so pick which ever u one u'd like.
*in order to see the white color coded spoilers u just simply highlight the text.

A compound found in winstrol does infact interact negatively with *****. Apparently when they mix in the digestive system they create a foaming reaction (kinda like diet coke and mentos - youtube it). Ever seen a seagull pop?-Hatetank

Has anyone seen Kanon? I'm barely on episode 5 but it's pretty good so far. Kind of weird but pretty funny.

Yah. The whole series is about one boy whose having an identity crises, because his father never paid attention to him. Lots of random thoughts in most episodes, that keep you guessing until answered at the end of the series.
What little action it did have, was very boring. Same meck, fighting the same type of enemy, and always pulling through in the end.The only time you'll ever see 'success' before 'work' is in the dictionary

DBZ is a AWESOME series. One of my favorites. They actually left a loop hole, so they could let characters die, and then bring them back later to add dramatic effect. Which always kept me entertained.
Naruto, is what I'm currently hooked on. Its a pretty good series, one of a kind, but 1/2 of all the episodes are just fillers. If you want to watch it. I suggest you watch the subbed one, because like any anime its always better in the original voices..The only time you'll ever see 'success' before 'work' is in the dictionary

all dubbed anime are practically ruined....well except for DBZ that one was still pretty good after dubbing.
Anyone know of any other dubbed anime thats still good? a couple of months ago i watched on of my favorite anime for the first time on the cartoon network...after watching it, i was MAD!!! That pretty much reinforced my belief in, "Say NO to Dubbz" It just isn't worth it kids so just say NO!PimPin Iron ain't easy, but i do it though...1 plate at a time. Dude in Raoh Gaiden his physique is godly! (so is everyone elses in Raoh Gaiden too lol). Anyway he's probably 5' 10" 220lbs 6% body fat, he is JACKED!
In the original series and first movie they were whacked out of proportion on multiple occasions...Raoh was sometimes like 10ft tall lol.
Yea I was joking anyway, if I was serious I would have reported him...he's a pretty good poster.
