Due to the fact that many members keep logs while they're on a specific supplement, Ryan and the moderators have decided to create a section devoted to keeping Supplement Logs/Journals. This should help keep things more organized.

Please note that this section is solely for keeping Supplement Logs, if you want to post a review of a supplement, ask questions, etc., please do it in the other forums. Any posts that are not Logs/Journals, will be moved WITHOUT A REDIRECT.
