Last time I power cleaned, I was 17 and had a 225 max. Currently looking around for a non-cross fit gym that has bumper plates and platforms so I can start incorporating some only stuff
Always been intrigued by Oly lifting

I was 15 years old when I first did a power clean and could handle 95lbs. I did them religiously through high school and pulled 285lbs as a senior. I stopped doing them for many years and started back up when I got into the Highland Games. My best before I separated my shoulder was 255lbs.
"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds." -Henry Rollins
