Last time I power cleaned, I was 17 and had a 225 max. Currently looking around for a non-cross fit gym that has bumper plates and platforms so I can start incorporating some only stuff

Always been intrigued by Oly lifting

I was 15 years old when I first did a power clean and could handle 95lbs. I did them religiously through high school and pulled 285lbs as a senior. I stopped doing them for many years and started back up when I got into the Highland Games. My best before I separated my shoulder was 255lbs.

The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. I believe when I first started doing cleans I was working with 65lbs (29.5kg) and I was 16 at the time.
    Eventually got up to 150lbs.

Currently starting back at the bottom. After 9 years, humbling is the only word to describe the experience. /:
Oh well, I'll get back there.

    15, 1RM was 265 lbs by age 17.

I could probably do 220-225 lbs right now.

I started at 48 and like most folks it was a PVC pipe, then 15kg bar, then 20kg bar and so on, so I started at 0. Right now I can power clean 70kg, getting under a low heavy bar fast for a full clean is the challenge now, I am too slow LOL.
Please record my time/reps if I pass out
