Jr. year in highschool for track. So 16 years old. I started at 95 and worked all year trying to get plates. Never happened untill sr. year. Football coach dind't teach it too well. He wanted a lot more pulling/bending w the arms. Oh well. I worked on my form and got my PR up to 205 lbs on a full clean.

Started at 15, they use to scare me to be honest. We used rubber weight and everything looked so big. Started at 135 I think....with help. I also use to bounce and it use to hurt my wrist. Now I can't bounce it and not hurt myself, but I choose not to.

I started this summer and and managed 165 @ 172 BW and took a break b/c of working a lot and drinking too much.
I managed a full clean from the floor into a full ATG front squat the other day with 155.
Going to start training at an olympic gym this week so hopefully my numbers and my form will get better. How many gymrats does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Seven. One to screw in the bulb and six to say, "Bro, you're huge, man! Ripped!"

Forgot to mention where I am now.
After a little while of working on form and stuff, by the end of my freshman year of high school I powercleaned 225. Then I started to do regular squats with my feet farther apart and that messed up my form for everything that involved a close-footed squat afterwards. So it didn't go up for awhile. But now I could probably do like 250-275 or something like that. I did 225x6 like 7 months ago, but now I'm a lot stronger. Just haven't done it since."Rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. " 1 Timothy 4:7-8

didn't see this thread I just made a video about powercleans https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WydLf4dOg2Y.
to be honest I hate powercleans, my coaches never programmed them anyway. If you have long legs it feels really awkward shooting your knees so far back and waiting on the bar. Atleast that's me. I think I could PC like 85 ish/90 kg's. @ 69 it's not so bad.
