Yeh, I like the way they've been speaking about eachother lately.. they're the two most highest guys in bbing and they're both showing a great example and are humble towards each other..
Jay's still my fav.. but I wish muscletech wouldn't make their athletes 'sell' the products.. we all know who takes what supps!

Most people think that's the most animated they've ever seen him, and that's probably because all you've ever seen of him is what's in his videos (most of the time him working out). Anyone who's ever met Jay in person and heard him talk (i.e. hold a seminar, guest posing, etc.) knows that he's very personable and fun guy. I'm definitely glad this video got to show people that since he's always so criticized for being dull or emotionless.

another great episode.
yeah, jay opened it up a lot on this one. never seen jay talking this much and smiling and showing emotions. real good look. I hope he continues to be more like this.
and man, he's BALLIN' for real. his new home, really MTV Crib type of crib he got there. even the guest bedroom has a flat screen hanging on the wall. and that jacuzzi water coming from the top is pretty sweet.
and I want to mention this again. at the very beginning of part II, Bob saying "Craig? Is that you?" was absolutely hilarious. LMAO! that made my day.
