Yeah i put on a ****load of weight last year from a combination of exam stress and fcuked ankle
anywayz these are my before and mid diet shots
im still going at the moment and i plan to finish in about 5 weeks,
but ill go into i et the results i want, or start losing too much muscle n no fat.
any comments, pos or neg would b great
im on bout 5 small meals a day, very low carbs
5x a week weight training, with a decent intensity but not too failer
also i do about 1-3 hours cardio spread through each day mon-fri

Personally i would change the "very low carbs" part of your eating plan.

thanx fellaz.
i love exercising and losing weight, far from depressed.
though i cant wait to get it off so i can start building some decent muscle.
as far as my diet goes, it has been changing every week... mostly getting stricter eg week 1 - all my diet was, was NO junk food. then few weeks later i was on 5-6 small meals, with not carbs after lunch ect.
now my life is Eggs, Tuna, Chicken Breast, skim milk. and a ****load of carrots and celery
