Assuming that calories are good, what would be the negative side effects of overdoing each macro with say a 70/20/10, 20/65/15, or a 20/20/60? I've read that having too high of a carb percentage will make you fat, but what about too much protein and fat? I know I have to trial and error to find the right ratio, but I don't know what I should be looking for to know that I'm erring.
