how many pills of my favorite multiple do i take a day?

im 16 im am getting my favorite multiple iron free, http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/natrol/favorite.html, it says take 6 with meals but i think that is a little more then i need for my age any suggestions, i was thinking 3 morning 3 night.

id do 2 with breakfast 2 with lunch 2 with dinner.

The 6 with meals is 6 daily altogether, not 6 with every meal. You can take 3 twice or 2/2/2. Although you are 16, if your stats are correct you are 221 lbs, so I would not lower the amount.

2/2/2 is my preferred dosing split. Best multi on the market, IMO.

At the price, it truly could be considered a steal. What really impressed me however was the Albion Inc. supplied chelated minerals. Good stuff.

OK basically i was getting at to much VITAMIN E... then I thought of Orange Triad.... figured maybe he would like that... sorry man... maybe if it's so good I will give it a try after my orange triad... then we will see...
