I know bananas are good for you, but they have a lot of sugar in them. How is this sugar different from the bad kind of sugar? Is the sugar in bananas healthy? Will it go to fat?

Some sugar breaks down into fuel easier than others...so then your body can use it more readily...processed table sugar is harder to break down than natural "sugar" products such as those in any fruit. anything over what the body is able to process (carbs, protein, fat) turns into fat...if you're eating more protein than your body can process it turns into fat too...that's why diet is so important.
if only i could take my own ****ing knowledge and apply itttt!!!!

Fruit is really good for you. If you ever have a craving for something sweet, feel free to eat fruit.
You most likely won't be able to eat TONS of fruit because fruit is filling and it contains fiber which slows the digestion of sugar. Natural sugar is MUCH better for you than table sugar.
I doubt you could eat 5 big apples and not feel sick...or eat 3 bananas. But it's pretty damn easy to eat 5 cups of ice cream.
I dunno, I'm just ranting.
Actually, I thought honey had a really low glycemic index?
