Not a good pic to really tell but this is from 2 months before i started to lift(September 06). You can atleast see how thin the chest, delt, trap, lats section is. Arms were like 12.5-13" here.. something like that. By the way the shirt i'm wearing in this pic is a small lol. I really regret not taking some body shots before i started lifting but oh well.

Very solid work.
Hopefully some of the guys here will take note that this is what happens with a decent but not psycho diet and using some of the basic lifts.
....
... wait... Where is your leg workout???
Also, the guys need to notice your minimal supplementation and that you did not focus on keeping abs.Last edited by 4estGimp; 09-01-2007 at 02:07 PM.

I wouldn't go as far to say this guys arms look bad.
Anyways, if you generally have a bigger frame, your arms are bigger to begin with. I can't remember but my arms were probably 12 inches to begin with- they are about 15 now, but I hate them- my biceps DO NOT GROW. My triceps literally dwarf them.5'10.5

i didnt say his arms look bad. it just sucks when you have a big frame like that. ppl with a 35 inch chest and 14 inch arms look bigger than 45 and 16.
just cause you have a big frame wont give you big arms. that is wrong. its based off genetics.
EDIT:This mother ****er has bad ass genetics for 10 months of working out anyway.

Thanks alot man. Yeah, my arms are around 16.5" pumped, a little more maybe but the chest is close to 46" pumped. I think it's that "hands on thighs MM" that makes them look smaller there but i still think my arms are pretty big especially considering how small my bone structure really is which you can see in my before pic a few posts up.

You are looking really nice man, it's been a f***ing huge change in a small period of time.
Do you know approximately how many cals are you having?
And do you started with that diet? or have you been increasing the meals and the quantity?
It would actually help me alot because im now like at the weight you started with.
Reps man.
