Choice of granular sweetner
artificial flavouring - ie. strawberry / vanilla / chocolate
Whisk egg whites and sweetner together in a bowl until thick and able to make a peak with the mixture. Add flavouring, cook in preheated oven on a greased tray and low temp(140-150degres)
EDIT> meringue needs to be cooked for about an hour depending on the size dollops you place on the tray, at low temperature.

its on this page , its pretty self explanitory the puff pie part. I toped it with CC & PB and SF Chocolate . Anytopping works really, you can even throw veggies in it with cheese for a veggie puffy pie. Its like a bread almost in texture, i have this on my low carb days like today
