I am very concerned about any kind of weight gain, so I've got to be sure before I do anything. Now if I do have a cheat meal, then it will be like 30 chicken mcnuggets and half a cup of ketsup, or 4 chili-cheese-dogs from weinerschnitzel. if i have a cheat day, i could expect to consume a whole pizza, or two, the two above mentioned meals, some egg and sausage mcmuffins, and maybe a double del cheesburger from del taco. if anything sounds excessive, please help me out. I've gone 4 months with no cheating and have only recently considered cheating. god how i'm looking forward to that day.

Granted it is called a "cheat meal" or "cheat day" it is NOT a destroy your hard earned work from all week meal/day. Moderation bro.
-EDIT- 4 months with no cheating. Bro, you should be "cheating" at least every two weeks IMO. Most do it once a week. If you keep yourself in check with your cheating then it can be VERY good for your diet. I know it is with mine. I can't stess it enough though... See... I have one cheat day a week. I dont go crazy or anything. Like today I had half a guacomole burger and more bread than I usually have. i definitely DONT count calories on that day. I do frozen yogurt too, but only carbo light. And then I might have some kinda of cookie or something with chocolate.
Last week I had half a pizza from CPK...
I make my cheat day all about just eating when I feel like it and not counting calories... I just watch what I eat and dont indulge in something ridiculous, like a cake or something...
BUt I think its good to have a cheat day. I dont like cheat meals. I think thats too strict. And I look cut now... so it completely works for me...
I think the best part of Sundays are that i go to the restaurants and order what I am craving. I just dont eat the full serving...
Just my opinion
I think people are a little too strict on cheat days. If you just dont go ballistic, I think its good to eat what you feel like in general and just do it for taste. Fill yourself up on salad and then have what you want so you dont go crazy...
I am totally ripped now, and I definitely indulge and let go for a day. I dont think you have to be so strict... you just dont go over the top...

thnx guys, i like the idea of eating any fast food, but just not finishing it. that sounds like it would fit me best. also i just stopped my creatine to see if that would do anything. it's been one day and i swear theres a big weight loss in my stomach area. and for someone who hasn't seen their abs in over 5 years, its worth the loss of muscle.

i have been cutting for two and a half months, droped from 12 t0 9.5% bf and i have had four 6000+ kcal cheat days and the rest of my cheat days never droped bellow 3.500 kcal
in any case, i do realize it hinders the prosses but when i eat, dammit, i have to eat. Those "eat a slice of pizza" cheat meals are a piece of horce****, id rather not eat it at all!
well, this week i aint having a cheat meal, gonna kill my self feeding the next one though!!

a cheat day isn't NOT going to hurt your diet as long as you are strict for the other 6 days. Expect your weight to be high until around Tuesday or Wednesday, but then you should see it be lower than the previous week around Thursday... I was losing about 1-2 lbs a week doing this. It boosts your metabolism so much and just speeds everything up so IMO it increases weight loss... you could also do a 2 fish oil, 2 CLA and 1 Sesamin with each meal... helps especially during cheat days. Try to stop the cheat day at 9 or so pm and then drink nothing but water and A LOT of it to help break all that junk down and help start getting it out of you. I've lost 50 lbs so I know it works.

Almost got me down to a T.
Sunday gained 2lb of straight food (197lb)
Monday Gained water weight (203lb)
Tuesday Lost a little (198lb)
Wednesday (198lb)
Thursday (196.5lb)
Friday (196lb)
Saturday (195lb)
I began Sunday (the cheat day) at 196.5 so Im down for the week.
What is CLA and Sesamin? Can I get it at GNC? I take 4g of fish oil daily.
Man now I might want to do this again tomorrow. Mentally I felt like a POS but it did nothing to me physically.
Perhaps not so much because I was physically in pain on Sunday from the sheer volume I had consumed....any thoughts?
I really want to hit 12% by July 4th which is another 4 or so pounds of FAT!

I used to go totally INSANE on cheat days but I felt like it was throwing my back too much. I was also doing keto with my boyfriend so we would really need our carbs. I am now trying to do more carbs and more moderate cheats.
