Do what you like, Ive worked legs fro mday one and love my progress, so I will continue to do legs. Just hope that one day your weak legs won't hold you back on other lifts.

yeh i agree, girls love leg muscles, esp the ass! if u hav good strong glutes u will hav girls grabbing ur ass all the time!
if u dont work ur legs then u cant do deadlifts, great for packing on upper body muscle! and u will hav a really weak lower back, and eventually end up top heavy and ppl will push u over and u wont be able to stand up again :P

I work legs, simply because I would love to have huge legs- it's my families longtime natural genetics, that I missed out on... So I'm working on that.
I just always get mad when I work them out, because of joint problems restricted the full-potential of the workout.
Edit- and for those saying it'll cause an imbalance... if the guy naturally has big legs + used to play hockey, there's a chance that he already has legs too big for his upperbody. My Dad has like 15-17in calves naturally- how the hell he does, I don't know. He says he used to workout, but damn.Last edited by Shoo Head; 08-30-2007 at 08:59 AM.
