which is the better fat burner, clen or ephedrine?

i've used Ephedrine with good results, but its effect seems to fade after a while of use, and I need to get off an extra 10-15lbs withing the next month or two. so which is better?

From what i've read clen and ephedrine are almost identical except ephedrine only lasts 3-4 hours as clen lasts 24/7

i think it's pretty dependent on the individual. i have tried clenbuterol in the past and i didn't really like it - wasn't impressed. i would much rather use ECY/N

however, I know other people who think clen is incredible.

Ive read some really bad things about clen. I dont remember exactly what because it was a while ago, but I would never take it after reading about it. Actually both of those are really bad for you... it'd probably be healthier to do a test cycle and cut to be honest.

The difference between clen and ephedrine is the difference between a ball pen hammer and a sledge hammer. Clen only hits one beta receptor (forget which one) while ephedrine hits them all. that being said the feeling between clen and ephedrine are similar, clen has a stronger anti-catabolic properties ( it was found to be anabolic, but only in mice at crazy dosages, but a good anti catabolic can still be achieved in humans). Clen is supposed to be a better burner and safer for your heart, both will lose effectiveness fairly rapidly (around 2 weeks of optimum effectiveness) because of how much they burn on your beta receptors. when both agents are available, clen would probably be the better choice, but they work differently for each individual. the downregulation of beta receptors can be overcome though by drug holidays on weekends and non lifting days and incorporating benadryl though.

i wouldnt suggest people do this though. i wouldnt say clenbuterol is safer though. also in regards to fat loss, there has been proposed there are Beta-3 receptors in fat cells but it has yet to be proven but they are looking into it as being possible fat loss agents.

the problem is receptor down regulation not the drug itself. clenbuterol causes rapid downregulation.
