My post-rehab continues.
I hit 225 X 8 (Bench Press) tonight on my light day.
On my heavy day last week I hit 280 X 1 Raw easy and 300 X 1 (in the Slingshot) easy.Bench (raw): 325 lbs. X 1

I'm struggling to get past a 290 lb raw bench and 315 in the Slingshot these days. Don't injure your shoulder!
