morning: 4 eggs fried in 1tbsp olive oil
Coffee with 1tbsp cream and 1tbsp coconut oil
Throughout the day:
2oz cheese
15 olives
1oz almonds/pumpkin seeds/macadamia nuts/sunflower seeds
Another 1 oz of a different nut/seed
1 packet of tuna or can of tuna
2 hard boiled or pickled eggs
Dinner:
8-10oz chicken with hot sauce, sugar free bbq, or a mix of hot sauces
12oz broc**** or cauliflower topped with 2-4tbsp sour cream and 2-4tbsp hot salsa... Usually ghost pepper salsa.
