I'm 162# and I can raw bench 355# touch and go and about 340# pause rep...maybe a little more if I really wanted to....I'll be really happy to get up 380# raw and still be under 165#.....and i'm 5'6"...so a little short, but not that short....I'm training for my first pl meet so hopefully if I focus on purely strength in the 3 main lifts....hopefully a 380# raw bench will be attainable sometime this year...
