Since I work out in the AM, my breakfast is a chocolate coffee shake.
2 cups cold coffee
4 ice cubes
2 scoops ON double fudge whey
2 TBSP heavy cream
4 packets equal
All blended up and I drink on the way to the gym!! MMM!

I was looking for breakfast recipes on Keto... dear God this sounds delicious. I used to put Starbucks Via in my ON Double Chocolate Casein shakes... but this. ily
