Sugar free jello (or kool-aid) + 1 pack sugar free gelatin (+ Splenda if you're using the kool-aid)
1) Mix all together
2) Pour in 1" thick baking pan
3) Refridgerate for a couple of hours
4) Cut in thin slices

This is the recipe I have:
2 small boxes (4 servings each) of Jello
4 envelopes Knox (or other) gelatine
1/2 cup water
combine over medium until dissolved
pour onto plate, cool 20 mins
slice into worms
now for cream cheese...I use about 2oz and make little drops on my pan or plate before I pour the gelatin mixture on top. Then I use a toothpick to make little swirls.
For gummier worms...use more gelatin.***Kills your thread crew***

okay so i just tried this. i couldn't find gelatin so i bought pectin. not sure if its the same thing or not?? i hope they turn out though!
I'll take a 6 pack of abs please!!!!

No, different thing altogether. Look for gelatin in the baking section of your supermarket. Over here, it comes in a small box with six sachets, each of which makes up to a pint of jelly.
You can also get gelatin leaves, but they are much more expensive and messy.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
