Grilled avocado with creme fraiche
Half an avocado
knob of butter
zest of 1/4 lemon or lime (scrapings of the peel)
Pinch of sweetener (optional)
1 tbs creme fraiche.
Peel the avocado and cut into slices.
Place on a grill rack.
Mix the zest with the melted butter and brush over the avocado.
Grill for about 3 minutes until slightly golden.
Put on warm plate and sprinkle with sweetener if you want.
Serve with a spoonful of creme fraiche.
