is there a problem with taking in more protein than carbohydrates?
something like 45/35/20 p/c/f ? because ive been doing it for about a week and ive noticed dramatic increases on all my lifts while cutting.
ummm if your not taking in enough carbs your body just uses the protein for energy. but your body can only use 10 percent of protein for energy id say why not just have the same? carbs arent that bad especially if your just burning them off.
