Do compression shorts limit progress?
I bought some compression shorts the other day and i wanted to know if using them would hinder muscle size or strength because i have noticed they provide a little spring while doing squats.

i was just wandering if they could be considered a crutch like a powerlifting suite or something

the only thing that i can even imagine is maybe poor circulation to your testicles...which could result in poor sperm production.

i dont think that will be a problem because i only wear them for my work out but thanks for the concern
