I dont get the 2 weeks on 2 off thing either. If you preload the 4 AD for 1week so the total is three weeks then go off for two weeks and then back on wouldnt that be a waste of your 4 AD?

With two on two off you dont preload. It usually works better with a transdermal 4AD, but you can use an oral. I never tried it but my friend did it and he also did a 4 weeks straight cycle. He said that with the two on two off his side effects were less severe than with the 4 weeks straight and he still gained like 10 pounds, it just took a little longer. I see what your saying about the preloading thing, I just thought i would put another option out there for people to think about. I was going to try the two on two off, but couldnt because of a drug test. Nowadays Im just thinking I dont really want to do M1T at all.

I've had to reevaluate dosages for M1T after reading Bill's article in Body of Science magazine. It seems almost every manufacturer was underdosing their product, no wonder the stuff was selling at $10 a bottle!

I have just started my second cycle of m1t. My first cycle was 30mgs aday for 3 weeks. Gained 10 lbs and kept 5 or 6. Oh no sides and no pct. Just dont see what people are so afraid of.(Yet)

Sounds like he is talking about a 1-test product and not M1T. What do you guys think? I've heard that VPX M1T was one of the best and most dependable out there along with LG's.

I guess you could if you wanted, but my friend didnt. He said he didnt really lose any libido and lethargy was minimal compared to the 4 weeks straight. I agree this method is kind of a rollercoaster ride, but it worked for one person I know. Doesnt mean its for everybody, but its something to consider.

m1t effects test shut down in the human body in 3-4 days flat and is very supressive. Most people are not able to exactly gauge their loss of libido. Looking at porn and getting it up is not libido. It refers to the rush of blood that is promoted by hormonal action frm the htpa. In my m1t thread, I was feeling ok w'/o 4ad for 1 week and even in week 2 the effect was slowly catching up. At the end of week 2. its total shut down.
Post cycle restarts the body into production again.
2 on 2 off therefore does not exactly feel the shut down effect as much as a 4 week. However I feel the body should not be treated like a switch, though very adaptable, the body must be given optimum time to recover, especially when using a chem as strong as 10-20mg of m1t.

Everyone's body is different, and people have different capabilities to produce test and recover from test substitution. Like I said before, Ive never done M1, but 2 one 2 off may work to reduce sides for SOME people.

i had testicular atrophy on m1t, i was on clomid, my balls are back to being steel.however i agree in extreme cases over a long period of time, there may be no reversal.
