About VPX Micellean, what all vitamins and minerals does it have? I tried running a search to find the information on it's nutrients, but all I could find was the protein, carb, and fat content.

I love MRPs, I tried to not use them too much though....My favourite include Myoplex by EAS, Lean Mass Matrix by Prolab and Miscelean by VPX...nutritionally I find the VPX one to be most sound, but any of these 3 will do the trick. Also, the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour Lean Body MRP (Labrada brand) is delicious.

Definitely Prolab's Lean Mass Matrix. It tastes great, mixes easily, and contains 40 grams of protein and 40 grams of complex carbs. It is one of the best investments I have made in bodybuilding supplements.

I've tried Optimum's 100% Whey, Met Rx, and Myoplex (New Formula). I have to say that all three are pretty quality and are worth the money. I tend to switch up my meal replacements a lot because I get bored of the tastes. Yes, they may taste good, but drinking the same stuff a few times get's a little boring. I use these on the go, as I am a student, so I don't have time mix them with anything else. Anyway, I think I'm gonna give Prolab a try because of their 40/40/20 ratio which is optimal in IMO.

I love Myoplex Lite. Being female I just don't need all the calories that are in a lot of the MRPs so this is a great option. I've tried the vanilla, and the chocolate lover's pack. They taste great, so I don't have to force myself into downing it. For being lower in calories, it still packs a pretty good protein punch. I use them to take the edge off hunger between meals. They are often the replacement for one of my smaller "meal-snacks."

I also like Nature's Best Isopure. So easy to mix. I drink half before lifting and put the rest in the fridge for after my workout. However... not as tasty as Myoplex unless you get the chocolate flavors. I tried orange cream... yuck, strawberry cream is a little better, but still kind of hard to get down.

    about vpx micellean

I've zeroed in on VPX Micellean as the MRP to buy right now, but am still debating on the flavour.

This might sound a bit retarded,
but what exactly is 'graham cracker' flavour ?
I've never heard of such a thing.
(I'm in India in case you're wondering)
I generally order all my proteins in chocolate but i read a lot of posts praising this particular flavour.

Is it worth ordering straightaway or should i stick to good ol' chocolate ?
If they don't know what u're doin ...

I've been using EAS Myoplex MRP. It's about 40g protein and 270 calories per serving. It mixes well in a shaker cup and the flavor is delicious.

In Supplement stores, you can buy Myoplex by the package (if you just want to try on) or by the box. MRPs are great for people like me...always on the go and little time to prepare meals.

2.) Prolab Lean Mass Matrix Cinnamon Oatmeal- delicious, simply delicious
3.) ON 100% Whey MRP Chocolate- thick and creamy
4.) VPX MIcellean- decent taste/texture, great nutrition
5.) Instone MRP- Super thick and satisfying

    and #1 is....

1.) Labrada Lean Body Instant Breakfast shake Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal- 40gr. protein, 35 gr. quality carbs, 7 gr. fiber, absolutely delicious
I couldnt agree more. The constitution of the Lean Body Instant Breakfast is ideal (the high fiber content is awesome too), and is a nice change from drinking the standard Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla flavored MRP's we've been saddled with for years. I like the other MRP flavors Labrada has too - the brand always has awesome tasting products. The concept of MRP supplements engineered to the time of day is new, and its nice to see a company leading the way to making targeted products designed to meet SPECIFIC needs.

    Best MRP -

Muscle Milk - Vanilla, Blueberries and Cream, Pina Colada, Strawberry Banana, Peach Mango, they are all really really good.. you can add whole oats to add some more carbs..

or for pre-post workout, you can add malodextrine/dextrose/glutamine to add simple carbs and the oats for complex carbs. You can also mix it with CytoMax which is the weight gainer made by the company that makes muscle milk.

Most products out there aren't true MRP's because they have few carbs and no fiber, merely protein powders labeled as MRP's. However, the top MRP's I've tried are VPX Micellean, EAS Myoplex Deluxe new formula, Prolab Lean Mass Matrix, and Labrada's Instant Breakfast (my favorite of these).

However, I prefer to get the tubs of Biotest Grow MRP, both Clasic and low carb versions, and add some fibersol or digestive enzymes to it. You could add flaxseed, oatmeal, or whatever you want. Sometimes I mix them together if I want a certain ratio. It's quick and easy, tastes as good as anything out there, and normally much less expensive (especially since they started selling it direct) than buying boxes of packets. Plus it's aspartame-free.

    MRP's

I am a big fan of Myoplex Deluxe. Just started taking Stallones Instone and it is giving Myoplex a run for the me. As for bang for the buck, MetRx original is tought to beat.
