What brand and flavor do you guys suggest for ready-to-drink MRP/protein shake? I am looking for something that I can easily take to work and gulp down! I skimmed through the thread and san infusion is highly recommended but it does not come in RTD bottles. Thanks!

Just got through about 1 and 1/2 tubs of Labrada Pro V60 Plus and I must say, in comparsion to EAS Myoplex, Labrada taste alot better. There is almost no complaints about the Pro V60 Plus. Very solid product and profile, however, just a bit too much protein for my diet.
I just recieved my b2g1f of Whey Gold Meal. So I need to get rid of the rest of Pro V60 Plus so I can test out the Whey Gold Meal AND my Met-rx White Box!

I know a lot of people have mentioned Infusion in here but San's just released another MRP called Myotein.
Anyone interested can find it here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/san/myotein.html

My straight answer: Mix the following and make sure you use exact gram amounts:
• 266 g Prolab N-Large2 (apprx 7 scoops)
• 35 g Higher Power Casein Power (apprx 1 scoop)
• 9 g Total Body Research Colostrum
• 80 g Garden of Life Super Seed
That makes for a total of 390 g of the best MRP or Weight Gainer. Using 92 g of this provides you with approximately 28 g protein, 35 g carbs, 5.5 g fiber, and it’s also a good source of vitamins, minerals and omega-3 oils. Personally, one dose of this keeps me full for at least 4 hours, so it’s also good for when you want to lose weight, because you don’t eat so much. I should also mention that is costs $3.85 per serving if you buy from BodyBuilding.com.
Elaboration (for those who like to spend time reading):
So, for a long time I’ve been experimenting with different formulas in order to find the right combination of protein to carb ratio (P/C) and fiber while having a good taste.
Why the concern fot a P/C ratio? The right P/C is 0.77 to 0.8 or 3 parts of protein for 4 parts of carbs. When I say “right”, I mean a P/C ratio that will have the optimum effect on your hormonal system right after eating, thus putting you in the most anabolic and illness-resistant state possible. This is well documented by a doctor called Barry Sears; his 15 years of research has helped people fight obesity, diabetes, chronic pain and inflammation and other various conditions. The Zone Diet he developed even helped me focus better for my studies, sleep better and be less stressed. Dr Sears has a series of supplements including an MRP with the same composition as the one I developed. The difference? The one I showed you here is 1.5 times cheaper while still having the same effect.
Why Prolab N-Large? Because it’s a good base protein to start with. Its P/C ratio is close enough to what I desire, so it needs little supplementation, and it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals.
Why HP Casein? Because Casein digests slower, thus keeping you fuller for a longer time. And you got your portion of whey from Prolab anyway. The other reason is because HP is much cheaper than any other; why pay more for the same product? Because it has fancier labels and is better promoted? You don’t want to pay someone else’s marketing campaign, do you?
Why Colostrum? Because it adds to the P/C ratio, and it gives better taste to the whole formula. Some may believe that it is also effective at boosting anabolism, but that doesn’t interest me; for one thing, it’s definitely not bad (I haven’t seen anyone saying colostrums is bad).
Why GL Super Seed? Because it’s the only fiber product that:
• Mixes well with the rest powders and in the liquid after.
• Has various fiber sources including Chia (Very Good)
• It has both soluble and insoluble fiber
• Contains omega-3 oils
• It’s the cheapest of its kindJohn

Thanks for the support
For 25-30$ for 20 Servings you are getting 40g of protein,15g of healthy fats from MCT's, and low carbs (mostly from fiber in the fruit/veggie blend) this is the only MRP on the market to contain the fruit/veggie extract in the ingredient profile.
So far the reviews have been outstanding and the consumers are buying it like crazy. Hard to keep on the shelves!

over the years i've tried a lot of different ones:
San Infusion
EAS Myoplex
EAS Myoplex lite
Scivation's solution 5
Muscle milk/monster milk
Nitro-core 24
even GNC lean shake
I know some aren't technically MRP's but a really great blend of proteins along with some fats, fiber... just add some vitamins and it's the same thing.
here's my quick breakdown:
San Infusion:
Great profile... taste horrible and doesn't mix well
EAS Myoplex:
Great profile... taste good... expensive
EAS Myoplex lite:
see above... taste ok
Scivation's solution 5
Good profile (although im very confused because it says it has fruits and veggies and the nutrition label has zero vitamins and minerals on it)... mixes ok.. taste is below average and very weird smell and after taste.
Muscle milk/monster milk:
Hard to find anything that taste better. A lot of controversy through the years with some of the ingredients included, has been reformulated a few time.
Nitro-core 24
Great profile, great taste... good price... if they added vitamins and minerals... i'd be set
even GNC lean shake
Great profile, great mixabilty, taste is average
i'm sure there are others that i've tried and forgotten about... i do also love syntha 6 in the taste department but i know that's a bit off for a MRPIf you have a question or comment about my post... pm me, i will be happy to explain.

I am a fan of Beachbody's MRP Shakeology. It is in my opinion ( I am a rep, but was first a customer)the most unique and Premium Meal Replacement on the Market today. The full list of Ingredients is phenomenal. Multiple " Superfoods" are included and it is a Whole Food Blend. It does taste quite good as well ( my daughters drink it and they are 3 and 7!!!!!!!!!) You can view the Science Behind it and the Nutrition facts @ Shakeology.com
