Kre-Alkalyn is much better than CEE
Ok thanks to whoever posted this link on some other thread.
Here is all you need to know that CEE is not nearly as good as Kre-Alkalyn.
On this link - http://www.getkrealkalyn.com/ click on "ASk THE SCIENTIST" and Hit Play. Listen to the 15 minute Intro and explanation about Creatine and how Kre-Alkalyn came about. The scientist also mentions CEE and how it changes to the 'TOXIC' Creatinine. Kre-Alkalyn does not have any side affects like all Creatines and CEE. If you love Creatine or CEE you must listen to this.

Well the problem is this. If you are using CEE right now, it will be hard for you to admit that its not as good as kre alkalyn. Because its just impossible. Everyone has the same problem. But, I am not going agoinst you are anything, but the guy who started this post mentioned the science behind kre-alkalyn. So all he is saying is to try kre alkalyn after you have finished your cee. You have benefit. If not, then you can continue using CEE. No worries.

Look I am not saying Creatine and CEE dont work. Listen to the SCIENTIST. Creatine and CEE change to the 'Toxic' CREATININE, not completely but most of it. Thats the reason behind the LOADING phase in Creatine. Kre-Akalyn destroyed the possiblity of Creatinine. Consider Kre-Alkalyn CEE without the Creatinine and then you get Kre. Geez, is that so hard to swallow?

It was decided in another thread (a very extensive one, at that) that the claims of creatine degredation are greatly exaggerated by the Kre-Alkalyn people. And before you reply... I prefer KA to CEE as well, so don't get me wrong. In my experience CEE and KA work just about as effectively as each other, I really couldn't tell a difference -- but I absolutely cannot stand ingesting CEE with that horrible taste.

yes... it is true kre-alk works better then plain ol mono....

creatinine is not poisonous.... if your not on creatine and i beleive if your kidneys are producing alot of creatinine thats a bad sign...but not as a side effect of monohydrate

Creatinine is a chemical waste molecule that is generated from muscle metabolism. Creatinine is produced from creatine, a molecule of major importance for energy production in muscles. Approximately 2% of the body's creatine is converted to creatinine every day. Creatinine is transported through the bloodstream to the kidneys. The kidneys filter out most of the creatinine and dispose of it in the urine.
The kidneys maintain the blood creatinine in a normal range. Creatinine has been found to be a fairly reliable indicator of kidney function. As the kidneys become impaired the creatinine level in the blood will rise. Abnormally high levels of creatinine thus warn of possible malfunction or failure of the kidneys, sometimes even before a patient reports any symptoms.
Normal levels of creatinine in the blood are approximately 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams (mg) per deciliter (dl) in adult males and 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams per deciliter in adult females. (In the metric system, a milligram is a unit of weight equal to one-thousandth of a gram, and a deciliter is a unit of volume equal to one-tenth of a liter.)
