I'm trying to accurately gauge how much I eat for fitday, but I don't know how precise I can be.
For instance, I'm trying to measure 1/3 of peanuts in a measuring cup, but if I fill it to 1/3 cup, there's obviously air in between the peanuts. So what can I do?

Get a scale like everybody mentioned above and here is a good site to look up nutritional values.
