Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.

Not really,I really look forward to the High Carb days and I will mix it up some as long as it fits into my macros and High, med or low carb day. This is pretty my a guideline for me and i sub in some other complex carbs on High day and swap meats around specially for dinner when I am home. I will cook lean steaks, lean pork chops to switch out the chicken. I like cooked cabbage and a lean steak cubed out and put in a slow cooker with a cup of non-fat beef broth for low carb day.
I also have a cheat day every other Friday to keep me sane.Last edited by Jell0; 08-17-2007 at 04:58 AM.
