    Preacher Curls - Wrist Pain

    When i used to do Preacher Curls they really started to hurt. They don't hurt as bad now but i still have trouble with them but only on my Preacher Curls.

    Any suggestions why ?

    Mine hurt pretty bad when i do them too, but i found that adjusting my grip width on the easy-curl bar helps a bit with the pain

    Caspa, i have took the pain for 2 months and decided to try and fix the problem "do higher reps with lower weight"....are you on smack ?

    Red face

    I noticed a slight soreness on my left wrist and I also do preacher curls. Its obvious that the cause is to much weight. I decided before it gets worse to lower the weight and build back up again. So adding weight can make it worse, take a little off. And if you have pain I would lay off of them for a little while, also do you have enough Calcium?? Its good for the bones.

    Find a different exercise. There are plenty of different bicep exercises that wont make your wrists hurt.

    Mine hurt too even when i use the EZ curl bar, so I just don't do them anymore.

    preacher hurts my wrists like hell! but i just struggle n cope the pain through it. after i finish my set i can barely strech my fingers n twist n rotate my wrists...
