I just started taking it. the only thing i can say is the pills smell horrible.

Yeah, it works great to make ya sleep - I could never sleep through the night, but with ZMA, I snooze like a baby. I *think* it makes my balls ache though - not sure why, but I'm thinking it might be from the ZMA. Anyone else notice that?

I take it durning PCT to help recovery. It also helps me sleep really good and I have interesting dreams that I seam to remember really well. Strange sup.

recommend it. i got good gains off of it. i started using it towards the end of my creatine cycle. the day i stopped taking creatine rather than looking smaller i looked bigger! sweeeeet stuff

I will say it is good for sleep which helps recover. It gives you a deep sleep. I haven't had dreams in a long time until I started taking this. And it does give you some crazy dreams.

what's you say about dreaming is strange !! because when i have stop smoking tabbacco i used "patch". ans I was dreaming a lot at night, like with ZMA !!

Yeah it works. Also it depends on the brand. I am currently taking SNAC ZMA, I feel stronger and I am horny all day long.
