In moderation, it's good. I wouldn't gorge on it on a daily basis. Maybe eat some on a Wednesday, then again on the weekend with some cheese. And some wine, now that I think about a splendid food/beverage combo. LOL
Ooops, didn't see OP was under age. Strike that wine comment from the record, please. haha~I'm an egomaniac with a inferiority complex...

Deli meats in general are not "bad" but they aren't "good" either. They are typically more processed, and are high in sodium. There's nothing wrong with eating them in moderation, but don't go making a diet based around eating 50g of protein from pepperoni or something
